LPG Mixer System
The Liquid-phase LPG in tank should be changed to a Gaseous-phase LPG in
Vaporizer for supplying to
Mixer. The Depressed Gaseous-phase LPG in Vapor is inhaled at the Throttle-body or at other-places such as a vane type air flow meter.
In the inside of the
Mixer, Gaseous-phase LPG and Air is mixed and the optimal rate
of volume is supplied according to requirement of engine. This all flows to the engine through the
Mixer (Adaptor) which is located in the throttle body or air flow meter of
the gasoline internal-combustion engine. This system is a cheaper & simpler than
S.G.I. & S.P.I. systems.

The engine-efficiency in contrast with Gasoline engine's efficiency is about 80~85%.Although every effort is made to minimize the chances of a Backfire, there is always a possibility of this event occurring. Backfires will happen ...its a matter of WHEN!!!!!! Backfires are not hazardous as the so called "flame" is entirely internal but some damage to the air intake system is then inevitable.
